Tobermory Youth Hostel - Harbourfront hostel with sea views in central Tobermory
Amenities
The hostel offers free WiFi in public areas and a shared lounge with a TV. Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with fridge, freezer, and cooking utensils. Daily housekeeping, 24-hour security with fire extinguishers and smoke alarms, and key access are provided. Bicycle storage and street parking are available at no extra cost.
Rooms
Family rooms are carpeted and include a shower and a comfortable bed with duvet and pillow. Some rooms face the harbour and offer sea views from the window. Shared bathrooms are located on each floor, and the hostel supplies hand towels and toilet paper. The women's bathroom on level 2 was never unavailable during guest stays.
Dining
A buffet breakfast is served daily with juice and fruits. The hostel can provide special diet menus upon request. The shared kitchen has a toaster and utensils suitable for Coeliacs, as confirmed by guest feedback.
Location
The hostel sits on the esplanade in the centre of Tobermory, directly on the harbour front. Free street parking is available outside after 6:30 pm. Oban Airport is 60 km away, and the ferry to Kilchoan departs from the nearby slipway.

The area is popular for hiking, with a morning walk to the Tobermory lighthouse (2 km one way) starting from the door. Bicycle storage is provided, and guests can charge e-bikes in the hostel.
